Nancy Kelly share a brief explanation of what "keep cutting back until there is peace in your home" means while homeschooling.
I have been mentoring other moms in the homeschool community for over 25 years. It wasn't until about 12 years ago that the Lord led me to offer my mentoring services to the world at large. I was seeing that I could offer the encouragement and support to sweet mamas that I was interacting with online or that I met at speaking engagements.
A few years ago, I began doing research to write a talk on "peace". During that time, I was reading a favorite book, For the Family's Sake by Susan Schaeffer Macaulay. Imagine my surprise and delight when I came across her mention of a pamphlet put out by Mason's Parents' National Educational Union (PNEU) titled, Parents Are Peacemakers!
As this strange year of 2020 draws to a close and we look forward into 2021 with hope, living in peace is more important than ever. Beginning on January 11th, 2021, I will be leading a Living Education Lessons, Season 5 - This Sacred Life.
